The builder I am currently contracted to has one of these and use it about every day . I used it personally the other day and wow ! Was not expecting the best of performance out it . I was really impressed . I cut rebar and steel mesh for concrete drive ways and walls with it . We use it in deep holes to cut into concrete drainage structures . Mostly you don’t have to worry about the gas fumes when you don’t have ventilation. It is pretty good on battery . Of course it will go down quicker with a tougher and higher demand cutting job . I really liked the over all feel of the tool . I’m hoping to buy one on my own before to much longer . I feel it’s a good tool just to keep around . A lot lighter than carrying a gas quick saw . Especially for quick and small jobs or even bigger job but you’ll just need a few more batteries . It’s nice that it has a water hook up too!

I have had this saw for a couple of months now and it’s awesome! There is way more torque than I would have imagined! It cuts through concrete easily, metal easily, I even cut a cast iron tub with it! Very happy with this buy, would recommend to anyone!

I do work for veterans for free. We had to remove a 12×14 concrete slab. This saw had no problems cutting it up. Then we had to pour 10 yards of concrete. I always cut my grooves, this was so easy. The saw is light weight, easy to handle, made the job a lot easier.

Great Saw, cuts through 3 in house slab foundations but it eats batteries. I can only make a cut about 3-4 ft before the batteries are dead.

Purchased this saw for a 1890 mansion conversion to commercial building. Brick and plaster lathe for miles. Needed something easy to use and set up. Battery seamed to be the way to go. We intially used the saw to score brick lines accuratly before using the partner saw for free cuts in masonary. By the time the job was over it became the #1 demo tool for everything to rebar, concrete cutting and plaster demo. Great little tool, light and easy to handle no cord or fumes. Wont cut as deep as a partner so not as fast but to get accuracy it is great. Used with water it really does cut everything. Without water you will really eat dust. The reason I only gave it 4 stars was because of the dust collection or lack of dust collection when dry cutting. With OSHA safety officers running around the sites now a days dewalt should really consider a dust shroud for this saw. Then it really would be 5 stars. Would still highly recommend this saw to any general builders just for portability and versatility.

This contractor saw is a beast. It does chew through batteries quite fast so invest in the 4 port dewalt charger and have a lot of batteries. I cut 800sqft 3.5″ deep to break up with a skid steer and it worked flawlessly.

I have had the unique opportunity to use this saw and it has worked wonders! I no longer haul around the heavy gas saws from job to job. Never need to worry about clogged carburetors either! Cuts pavers, concrete, metal edging, wall block, wall caps etc. like a dream! Couldn’t ask for a better tool. Now to only find more of these in stock some where!

I purchased this to help with some demo work inside of a building, in past we have had problems with gas saws from the fumes and also storage. This saw is powerful and works great. Now I can store this in my shop and not have to worry about fire hazards of my old gas cut-off

Bought this a few mo the ago to use for masonry demolition/ restoration. I absolutely love this product. Since owning it I have found no flaws. Everyone on the jobsite always wants to use it because of how convenient it is. Have 6 batteries for this. Batteries don’t take long to charge at all. Thinking about getting 2 more.

Works great but Home Depot needs to carry the 9 inch blades
