Great tool for limb trimming. I cut limbs up to 6 inches, no issues plenty of power, and used saw for about an hour cutting about 20 limbs and and still had 75% battery.

I usually trim 3 or four pick up loads of branches each year using a ladder and a skill saw. My neighbor bought one and let me borrow it, after about ten minutes I located one at home depot and went directly over to get one. Works great for cutting off branches at high heights safely.

Well made and functions great for the small size. Oil reservoir is well protected and has a nice feature with a branch removal hook. It is a little heavy, so it might not be as user friendly for some. The added extension is great for reaching the higher branches with out the need of a ladder, but makes it harder to handle of course. I do not like how the safety switch works, as it hangs up sometimes when trying to depress. This is annoying, when fully extended and trying to make a cut. Get beefy battery, like the XR Flex Volt 5AH. The small batteries run out of juice quickly. I am really happy with this pole saw.
