Great timing. I spotted this battery-powered vacuum when the hand held we had used for years died. This is great at getting cobwebs from corners and ceilings. The extensions allow me to reach 12 feet above floor level. Can be held in one hand or set down on floor or table while working. It is small but powerful and great at getting into small spaces. Plus, i get to use batteries I already had. Great addition to my collection of 10V Max tools.

I’ve had this portable vacuum for several months now and love it. It does everything I wanted and more, plus the product quality seems excellent. First, I wish to mention that I made sure to purchase the DeWalt portable vacuum with a lithium-ion battery; I have had poor experiences with portable units of any kind using a lead-acid battery due to the short lifespan of a lead-acid battery. The lithium-ion battery makes the unit more expensive, but the battery is twice the capacity of the battery on my DeWalt 20 volt electric drill and seems to last, and last, and last before a recharge is needed (I even used the vacuum battery on my portable electric drill for a greater capacity and it interchanges perfectly). I use this portable vacuum every day for picking up dirt and stuff that gets tracked into the home; it is extremely convenient and sucks very well. Also, great to vacuum out your car. Too, I like the feature that allows you to disconnect the black hose from the yellow nozzle so you have more flexibility, and the smaller opening gives you a much stronger vacuum for getting down into cushions and such. The waste storage unit is a good size too, and easy to empty, although most of the waste product is stuck to the internal filter, so you must bang that out on the inside of your trash can if you wish to get it really clean; not an issue as you can leave the filter connected to the vacuum. The only thing I don’t like is that the exhaust air from the vacuum blows out the side, so tends to scatter dirt if you are not careful. . . . I would absolutely buy this portable vacuum again.

I bought this item a little over 2 weeks ago it works great. I was very happy with it because it was light weight and had great suction but unfortunately after the first use it stopped working. I tried 3 different battery sizes none of which worked so I took it apron myself to find the problem. I found a bad fuse where the battery plugs in returned it for a new one and haven’t had a problem yet.

It worked so well and took in all wood pieces, nails, etc. I love this product; it does the job so well and it sucks the trash within seconds. Maybe a bit loud but does a good job. Rides in the tool box for use in the trailer and dog hair in the truck. Sure it’s battery operated not corded, but it does a good job so far.

I’m a homeowner that does a lot of renovating. Bring this with me where I’m working with my tool bucket and it keeps my job tidy and avoids tracking sawdust or drywall dust all over the house. Sure it’s a little clunky size wise but totally worth not needing the shop vac or extension cord. I’d buy it again. Suction is good but filter will get clogged quickly with drywall dust so be sure to tap it out in the trash can or driveway and it’s back to full power. Wish I got it years ago.

I bought this vacuum about two months ago , almost completely satisfied with it.. I wish the hose was a bit longer and it was a bit more sleek and modern if I’m honest it looks chuncky and a bit out of date ..but , I’m sure there’s a new one brewing !! I bought this unit used from a co-worked. I have since used it extensively for about 2 months. There have been a couple moments of disappointment. The suction is quite as strong as I would like and i feel the hose is too short. It is small so its nice for taking room to room but it wouldn’t be much harder with the 2 gallon DEWALT wet/dry vac. I will be upgrading to the 2 gallon version but that doesn’t mean I dislike this one. But I would have liked to get the 2 gallon version from the start.
