This DEWALT machine has the power and capacity to suction 2 Gal. of liquid through the attached heavy-duty 5 ft. hose with the option to attach a crevice tool or wide-nozzle tool (included). This unit comes with a filter that can be rinsed and reused.

I purchased this vacuum about two years ago and have been very pleased with it. It has good suction power for small jobs and is light weight and very portable. The only thing I would like to change is the length of the hose that come with it. Maybe Dewalt could sell an add on hose (sold separately) that could make this a bit more handy. Good product!

I really like this shop vac, especially that it is so portable which makes it so convenient to pack anywhere. I take it to our storage unit to clean cause the unit has no power. Some of my batteries hold out longer than others of mine, but it is no problem to pop in a fully charged one. I was sorry to see the increase in price at Christmas time.

The overall tool experience with the DeWalt cordless vacuum is good. The suction power of it is appropriate to the size however do not expect the same performance as larger 120 volt units.

Let’s start out with the bad. I would expect more power out of this being a DeWalt product. The ideal use for me is vacuuming my car in a parking lot where there is no possibility of corded power realistically speaking. It’s good but it isn’t great. I would still hope for more suction. It’s far from a loss though. It still gets the job done. It’s still fairly powerful and useable anywhere. It does just fine sucking up debris on a bare floor. It’s easy to hold in one hand and operate in the other. Sorry haven’t sucked up and spills yet. Finally, I’m not left with a cloud of dust when I’m done as the filter works very well.

I really got this to use with my sander but it works so well I use it for everything. I clean the cars with it and the wife uses it for little things in the house. It’s got to be one of the most used things in the shop.
