The DHS716 12 in. (305 mm) 120-Volt MAX Compound Miter Saw delivers the power and cutting capacity that end users expect from DEWALT corded miter saws with the portability and convenience of a cordless tool. The DHS716AB comes with the 120-Volt AC adapter. This saw can also be powered by two DEWALT 60-Volt Max Batteries.

Have to say I am extremely pleased with this saw. I don’t have the space for a 12” slider or I would have got that, however that being said, I love the Led zero cut light! Had to flip a board just tonight and cut right on the money. You can’t beat the option to leave it plugged in all the time or use the battery. Which ever the job calls for! Looking to get a few more of the flex-volt line in the next month or two!

Cordless and corded in one tool you cant beat it.When you remove the fences tou will have a rear fence if you lay a 2x board for a higher table to reach rear fence now you can cut 2×10 boards Which makes it better than a slider due to eliminating the slide and its minor variances
