It’s a very good product. After watching a DIY video the guy recommended the one that has the hole in the middle that shows you where exactly the center of the stud was. But this worked well- it found the side of the stud, and very accurately, and it was cheaper.

Very confusing, hard to use. Need to be able to disable electrical detection if not needed. Sometimes detected wood stud wrong. Bottom of device very rough. Need something smoother when draging back/forward and up/down…it has somekind of resistant prevent it from moving freely

Easy to use, but kept detecting electricity even when not close to stud. It would also hinder locating stud unless running meter several times.
