works great. really like provided case.only question re: battery connection see phototypically spring is negative side in this case it’s positive and because it’s flattened out am not sure how secure it will hold battery while moving or in use over time.

Laser dot is easily visible & accurate. Very compact and lightweight. I love the magnetized bracket, but do wish it had the option of the laser being removed from the bracket. As it stands the bracket is affixed to the laser. I use the Plumb Bob feature of it almost exclusively and love how fast and accurately I can get my level lines with this.

I recieved the spot laser about a week ago and on initial inspection it is well made and comes in a nice hard carrying case. The device is very user friendly. I have not been able to use the product that much since I received it a week ago but I will be using it in the future and believe it will be a very beneficial product. I often work by myself and when I am trying to line up a long picture or chair rail it can be very time consuming. The DeWALT 3 spot laser make short work of this task. I really couldn’t be happier with this laser leveler.

This laser is very nice but you can only use too mark spots it’s great but you still need to have a chalk line to transfer the marks you have spared

Allowing for a faster and safer setup of rafter systems and roof trusses. Eliminating the slow and often frustrating method of using a traditional plumb bob. It can also replace a level and straight edge for the initial setup of roof systems. Keeping a worker safely away from the edge of the structure. I received this as part of a free Dewalt program. I had to use it and give my honest feedback about it. The battery compartment spring was loose. Had to fix that to get the laser to work. Then I tried mounting this laser using the magnet to see how level my Hdtv was and it didn’t really work. Not sure if its operator error or what.
