I’m a framer, so we use lasers all day inside and out. This laser is incredibly bright in bright sun. The dot size is small up to 3040 ft and maybe 5/16 at 60 ,but the dot comprises of concentric circles so finding the center is simple….I highly recommend this laser…it comes in a small hard case with room for 4 AA batteries….I’ve owned a Bosch ,Makita,Hilti, and this is the best…
