We recently started remodeling a vacation home for the owner of our company. The limitless applications for this cross laser level were unexpected. Whether it was hanging sheet rock, laying tile, hanging vertical tile, attaching chair rail, framing in new walls, setting height for electrical outlets, running new plumbing, hanging cabinets or setting vanities……… everyone found a use for this. It’s compact lightweight design made it easy to throw in the consul of any truck and know where it was at a moments notice. The only way that it can get any better is if you purchased the model that runs off the DeWALT rechargeable batteries, but the you’re adding weight as well. Freestanding, mounted to a tripod for using the magnetic base it works in any situation.

Great product! It’s well made and tough. I like the fact that it has a very strong magnet. I also like the fact that I can use my standard photography stands with it! My absolute favorite feature are the green lasers. You can clearly see them in low light, and you can still see them in daylight! Great product, I can’t wait to use it some more.

DW08802CG I have been very impressed with this laser. I have been using it daily for about three weeks now. The Green beam is supper bright compared to the red beam laser I was using. It has a lock beam positions and a self-leveling position. In the lock position it is great for applications like stair rails or tile on an angle. In self-leveling mode it removes user error and gives you the dead-on accuracy. I like that the laser can be rotated 360 so the entire room can be covered without having to repositions it. Battery life is good lasting a full 8 hours of continuous use. Case is great and has ample storage for extra batteries. It can be mounted to a tripod or you can use the magnets on the base or a screw. Seems very durable. It has been dropped and heavily used with no problems. It is a great tool to have as it is very compact and does not take up a lot of space.
