My only complaint is that the red beam is very faint when used outdoors, and it gets more faint after a short distance. I would recommend it for indoor use only.

I got this laser level a week ago and am very impressed with the accuracy and brightness of the lines. I would change the locking screw that holds the laser in place on the angle bracket from a flush screw that needs to be adjusted with a smaller needle-nose pliers to one that is either a #2 Phillips or a #2 Square screw head to loosen the laser when trying to line up the laser with a vertical mark.
