It is resistant to water and debris, thanks to the over-molded housing and IP65. Kit includes Blow Mold Case, Extended Ceiling Bracket, 12-Volt Battery, Charger and Green three 360 Line Laser. DWHT33028 The 9 ft. Pocket Tape Measure offers great convenience in a small package. The rear magnet mounts to metal toolboxes for storage and the 9 ft. blade length is great for measuring standard drywall and plywood sheets. The hi-impact ABS/rubber housing increases the tape’s durability.

Excellent product. Like the 12 volt battery system, never have to be concerned with beams becoming faint.Paid for itself already laying out restoration of 150 year old apartment building. Have not tried it outdoors yet but a detector would surely be needed for that.
