These are so great for drilling combo pilot holes and countersinks, but I do wish the pilot drill for each size was one inch-increment smaller to provide more screw thread purchase.

Worked fine for drilling about 30-40 holes. At some point it hit a knot in a 2×4 and just snapped at the tip. For the price it’s fine, just be careful what you’re drilling. Will probably go for a stronger bit as a replacement.

I’ve been using this product for years – no complaints. With an Allen wrench, you can adjust the depth of the countersink to match your screw size. Be sure to tighten both screws well. Great product.
