Well made, superior quality, great storage case! Cons: priced too high & radius cuts thru 2×6 flared out at bottom of cut (ie. Cut not plumb). Perhaps a heavier blade would have helped. Thinner material cut great. VERY easy to change blades without tools. More later after more use.

This Jig Saw performed better than expected. I was able to cut and shape plywood, 1/2” thick, with no difficulty. Surprised I couldn’t find DeWalt Jig Saw blades at Home Depot, will have to recheck again.

So far this saw has worked great for my application. I build custom corn hole boards and use this to cut the radius on the legs. My old Jigsaw just did not seem to have the power that this one has. It takes no time at all for this to chew through a cut. It is quite a bit heavier than my old one but it has a lot more power so the weight difference is understandable. The cutting platform is solid and slides well across the material during a cut. The only downside is that I wish there was an LED light that lit up your cutting area. Great saw, definitely recommend adding it to the arsenal!
