Rc 65-67 tooth hardness also increases wear resistance. They have an alloy steel backer for fatigue resistance. Applications include thick metal, medium metal and thin gauge metal cutting. I usually use 18 TPI for cutting my unistrut and 1/2” rod. Had to order this because the 18tpi was not in stock. It did cut like a hot knife through butter on 3/8” s/s round though. I will post after I have had a chance with the unistrut.

Someone asked me to use the bandsaw next day after I installed new blade, and cut 2in copper pipe. The blade got dull immediately. So don’t try that. For EMT it works great.
