The DEWALT Wide Miter Saw Stand Material Support and Stop holds wide material in place for cutting. It also keeps your stock from falling off the front or back. The support is durable enough to withstand tough working conditions yet constructed of lightweight aluminum. It has a flip-up stop for fast conversion to a cut stop and is adjustable in height to fit your miter saw table height.

This support is well made and is equal in quality to the supplied supports on the DW723 and DWX723. You may not always need such a wide support but if you are considering buying extra’s like I did, you may as well consider getting one of these wider models. It is nice to have a bit more surface area when setting up molding so it doesn’t slip off of the top so easily. Overall this is a nice addition to my miter stand.
