The brackets fit well with the miter saw workstation. The original clamp had metal parts instead of plastic clamps. I am nervous they will not be as durable as the older model.

I got these as part of a kit with the heavy duty stand. The stand is great, so I’ll review it separately. I like the idea of these, and they work well however, the clamping mechanism is primarily plastic. I chipped one of the clamp jaws in my first hour when I was pulling my saw out of the truck and it snagged on something.

Good positive grip both on ground/bench or on actual stand. Anti vibration rubbers between mount and saw would be a great addition at little cost. Also be helpful to have saw/mounting bolts added to kit.
