I have been a scroll saw hobbyist for several years using an OLD Dremel craft saw. It did fine for what it was but my projects were getting more complex and needed a better saw. Bought the DeWalt 20″ variable speed saw and stand to be delivered to my home. Shipping took less than a week. Assembly and set up was simple. I couldn’t believe it when I turned the saw on for the first time. No vibration and you could hardly hear it run. Cuts are fast and smooth in the 1/4″ Baltic Birch plywood I tried it out on. I couldn’t ask for more. Very solid construction and excellent finish.

Well made and very solid, but will only use pinless blades. Also, it does vibrate quite a bit when run at a higher speed and cutting a thicker piece. Was able to get it in a Black Friday sale which made it a much better value.

This scroll saw is great! Heavy duty table with a lot of room for multiple projects. Easy to assemble and obviously works great with Dewalt stand. I’ve been using it everyday with no issues. The only thing I wish they would add would be some sort of dust collection hookup for underneath the table. There are third party mounts but it’d be nice if it was standard.
