I’m at the beginning of installing kitchen cabinets in 4 apartments and needed a slimline cordless screwdriver with power. I did my research and was almost sold on the new gyroscopic screwdriver by Dewalt but it had half the power of this NiCad battery powered cordless. So far I love the clutch and power of this DW902K2 and the 2 position swing handle. 2 batteries in the kit is also a big plus. I would have to say this was a great purchase and would recommend this to anyone who wants a simple to use but powerful screwdriver and no more flicking the wrist to make it work.

I bought two of these in a garage sale last year. They were heavily used when I got them, and we use them in construction around the house every week. Tough, and powerful. One caution however, don’t buy knock-off batteries. Knock offs are cheaper, but don’t last as long as original gear.

I found this driver much better at removing old deck screws when replacing boards. Because of the lower rpms and the high torque the screws came out easy without stripping the head. I use it primarily for installing screws and removing screws. I also have a dewalt drill /nut driver/combo set so the driver is primarily for the screws.So between the 3 tools I have all my jobs covered. It was also a decent price , nice case and two batteries. Can’t go wrong with that deal.

I got this free with a large tool purchase 16 years ago. It is the best driver I have owned in 40 years. (I bought another in case this one dies). I use it heavily and daily repairing Recreational Vehicles for a profession. Set torque low and then hand twist to feel for light items, harder for others. It even does some small self tapping jobs.I absolutely love this driver, and I have owned a few in my life.
