Only gets a recommendation because there aren’t many alternatives especially in the price range. It probably works well for right angle screw gun. I’ve broken two using them as drills. Once broke the head off where the screw plate goes in and part of the casting. Both have broken the quick adapter tip off. It’s the only thing that would fit my application, but it does not work well for high torque drilling through metal at an angle. Any non drilling or maybe even soft woods, it should work well.

The adapter works great in areas that aren’t terribly limited by space. I was able to reach some hard to reach screws for some projects with this product but you still need roughly 3-4 inches of space between working surfaces. It’s a bit bulky but I can see this helping people with mobility issues.

This works great with drill bits as well as driver bits. You will need both hands to hold it on target to get it started, but after that you can one hand it. It rotates 360 degrees very easily, holds the bits well and transfers the drilling/driving energy very nicely. It gets me into places I can’t get with the drill alone.

Don’t know why anyone would give this anything other than 5 stars. I honestly could not do my job without it. Trying to get a ph screw out of the back deck of a car is almost impossible without one of these.
