Description

The DEWALT DWASHRIR Impact Ready Shears Attachment is able to cut up to up to 18-Gauge material including but not limited to : sheet metal, corrugated sheet metal, duct, asphalt shingle, steel mesh, vinyl siding, wire, plastics, cardboard and rubber. This tool features a 360° swivel head that allows for maneuverability when cutting. Connects via standard 1/4 in. hex shank. This attachment works with most 18-Volt to 20-Volt impact driver and drills, regardless of brand. Attachment only, drill not included.

Easy to install. Works excellent on flat tin, but is tricky on tin with raised pattern. Have had it for 2 weeks. Over all I would recommend it.

I am a gas fireplace installer. This tool is extremely handy when cutting chimney caps to fit. It can make tight corners, as well as cut clean straight lines. This is a very handy attachment for anyone cutting thin metal.

My coworker has the Malco shears and they work pretty good. Then I bought these shears one day and was amazed how much better they worked. Quick to attach onto drill/impact. Used these shears with a brushless Ryobi impact driver. Fit on the Ryobi isn’t perfect but it cuts through metal roofing like butter. The shears are a little hard to navigate up and down the sheet metal ridges but it gets the job done. I would recommend to anyone.

Worked great, I’ve been using it on 20 gauge aluminum, makes it easier to cut curves, trim edges, and work more away from the brake.
