Great table saw for a DIY’er with limited space in the workshop. Solid construction, good dust control (with shop vac). Blade break is a nice feature, fence adjustment is an excellent design. Miter gauge is all metal, solid construction as well, however it’s a tiny bit loose in the track, and also catches at the edge of the table. I fixed this with a strip of electrical tape on one edge of gauge, and a washer to raise the black “fence” part of the gauge of the table bed. Works great now, but deducting one star for that. First project was to build a cart out of some old 2×3 I had (see photo).

I bought this in the winter of 2020. Reviews on this site and other sites have said that the miter gauge is made of cheap plastic. Mine was made out of aluminum and metal.For a job site saw, this is really accurate. Out of the box, everything was perfect. All the accessories store within the saw, so storage in my garage is a breeze. I definitely recommend this! Thank you Home Depot for making curbside pickup safe and fast!

Dewalt is the absolute best at designing tools that make a person glad they bought Dewalt. This table saw is so well designed, from the function of the fence system, to the storage of the accessories, and the overall quality of the table saw… and all for $329. I bought this table top unit for mainly trim work around the house. My first project was window seals, and it performed great. It did come with a blade, the store ad specified it did not. This is a great table top saw.

Bought this saw after researching lower priced Ryobi, Kobalt, WEN, Hitachi and others. Although this has a smaller blade and slightly less power, the design , construction, and fence are superior to anything I looked at. The vernier dial fence came out of the box square and is much more precise. Worth the extra money.

I purchased this saw a few months ago. I didn’t have a specific project in mind but knew i’d need one eventually so I opted for the 8inch rather than 10 for the light work I’d likely do. To my surprise this one came bundled with the stand at the local hardware store so it was a good buy. I’ve put it to use on a few projects and it doesn’t disappoint. It was easy to setup, the included blade cuts well, and the safety features are thoughtful. I do wish that it had the ability to quick connect to the stand instead of using bolts. Also, there is no dust bag and the dust port doesn’t fit the standard ShopVac hose. The saw isn’t sealed and dust has tendency get get in lots of crevices including inside so be prepared to vacuum if you like to keep your tools clean. Maybe purchasing the required vac fitting will eliminate that issue. Pros: Cuts as expected – Has good fence widths for most DIY projects.The fence can step down and flip to the opposite side for wider pieces.Good safety devices for the novice cutter like me. Cons:No Dust Port – Lots of cleaning, steals some joy every timeSaw sits awkwardly on the stand and attaches with bolts. Needs a quick connect feature
