The rolling stand is designed for easy set up and break down with excellent stability.

I bought this a few months ago and really like it. But it has a significant flaw that Dewalt should address. When using 8″ Dewalt dado blades to make half lap cuts, the blade elevation migrates downward on its own, making later cuts shallower than the original setting. This is unacceptable. There is not mechanism for locking the blade elevation as far as I can tell but there needs to be one.

Set up was relatively easy, recommend having another person help you attach the saw to the stand, though.The table saw is stable on the stand, and the it cuts very well. It was easy to check the blade for square cuts and to be able to lock it in at the right angles. Compared to a previous table saw I purchased from another brand (that I ended up returning to the store) this saw is worth the extra price tag to get a quality machine.The drill package was given away as a gift, so I can’t say anything about it.

The saw arrived as scheduled without damage. It was easy to assemble even though the assembly instructions were a bit vague. After a few minor adjustments the saw cuts accurately. My main issue with DeWalt is their operator’s manual and their assembly instructions. Both are lacking in detail. I’m not new to table saws, but instructions about where and how to store accessories and access those already stored would be helpful. Perhaps someone who knows table saws should have written their manuals!!

The product is well built. The stand is solid and easy to set up and take down. It is very compact in the storage position. The rack and pinion fence is easy to use and you can have confidence it is parallel with the blade. It’s nice that there is a place to store the tools and accessories.
