I bought this about 8 months ago, and have had time to use this tool. First, the size, balance, and ease of operation are excellent. It is extremely easy to load and unload the pin nails. Adjusting the depth with the knob on the front IS A MUST, and it has this. I have read a lot of reviews that complained about the setting of the pins, and I have not encountered any of those problems. There is minimal marring on the wood surface when setting them. I have noticed some marks around the nail on white pine, but have not had visible marks on any hardwoods.GET IT if you need this type of nailer!!

I. Love. This. Tool. I had been wanting to get a good headless pinner for a long time, and this gun performs up to expectations. It has a nice feel in the hand. The one thing I would knock it for would be the safety trigger – it’s a little wonky but I am getting used to it. Recommended!

Jams frequently. The pin feeder isn’t machined well enough to load in a new clip of pins behind the several pins that remain when the reload mechanism trips. You’ll have to manually open the nailer, remove the existing pins, and throw them out. Otherwise new pins will jam adjacent to existing pins.

Haven’t had a jam or issue with it in the 2 weeks I’ve had it. Through all my research I couldn’t find a better deal than this. Quality tool that makes my life much much easier.
