I was in the middle of building a dresser for my granddaughter and my finish nail gun cratered. I love Dewalt tools and found that Home Depot offered a Dewalt finish gun on sale. I ordered it and picked it up the next day at the store in the online lockers at the front of the store. I have since used it many times and it is awesome! This is my second battery 16 ga. Dewalt nailer, the first one developed an issue aafter one year of use with the chip module that prevented the operation of the nailer. Dewalt sent a new nailer within three days at no cost. Love the portability of the 16ga nailer, easy to use, very reliable and since I have a number of 20amp Dewalt tools, I never run out of power on the job.

Overall I’m giving this nailer a 5 star rating. Used it to put up some Timeline wood paneling. It was easy to adjust depth, easy to load in my opinion (not sure what others are saying about that being difficult) and over days of use I had NOT ONE jam or misfire. I only used Dewalt nails, 2 different sizes. I will say this though, the first one I had did have a leak at the trigger, probably a bad o-ring. But it was new so I took it back to HD and they swapped out another new one, no questions asked. 2nd one worked just as well, no misfires and no leaks. I’m not a pro using this daily, just a guy who likes to make and fix things, but it worked perfect for me!
