This heavy-duty 100 ft. L measuring tape is designed for durability and ease of use on any job site. The rugged open case design features rubber over molding to improve ergonomics and impact resistance while also allowing dirt, mud or any other foreign objects to be easily removed from the tape blade. The measuring blade itself is in. wide with large numbers and a yellow background for easy readability and features 64-fiberglass strands to increase life and reduce stretching over time to ensure accuracy.

I was uncertain about the loop terminus at first but found it very handy when working alone. The unit is solid, the tape feeds out and reels in smoothly and the loop stores nicely. I am very pleased with this measuring tape compared to ones I have owned in the past

I use these daily and go through a couple a year as the vinyl coating ultimately delaminates and the tape tears near the end after a few months of hard use. However, it’s otherwise a great tape and my preferred 100’ open reel fiberglass tape.
