This tape measure is very heavy, but to describe it as solidly-built is an understatement. With a 35-foot tape and 13 feet of standout (I’ve found this is the absolute maximum under perfectly level conditions), I can’t imagine that I’ll ever need another tape measure. This tool is not cheap, though, at just under $40. But, like with all DeWalt tools, high-quality is what you can expect. I highly recommend this tape measure.
