OK, it doesn’t have 45 degrees. Is that bad? Well if you want a level for typical construction, this one is a bit smarter. Why? It can indicate plumb (vertical) on both ends. You don’t have to think about which end is up. Just grab it and stick it up. It’s magnetic and sticks to steel studs well. It’s pretty darn solid, and has what I believe to be very durable construction. I say this, since I tend to not abuse levels, intentionally. This seems to be a nice rugged, ‘go to’ level. 24″ can check door jambs, etc. I recommend it to anyone who needs a rugged unit. Price is fair, for the build quality.
