Nice feel to it, I don’t like how most hammers are somewhat rounded on the head. I grind them flat and it seems to work much better this way. I did the same with this hammer and its great now.

It’s a hammer. I specifically bought this hammer due to its size (16 oz) being middle of the road on rip claw type hammers. The smooth face vs milled face was also what I was looking for. I personally prefer the straight claws on a rip style hammer and the extra nail puller comes in handy to try another angle without needing a fulcrum block when doing demo. This hammer is balanced without feeling overly “light”. It has large enough face to strike with.
