what can I say – I have used another hammer made of 1 piece steel forever – I won’t say they are bad because they are not but this hammer is excellent – I love the hammer and I went lighter than the 20 oz I have always used. It seems to work just as good and feels so comfortable.

I was pleased with how light the hammer is and still able to drive the nails into the material with the same force as a heavier model.

Hammer looks good. Good balance. Rip style a big plus. Returning it though. Used it for an hour and with sweaty hand the grip slips through then the hooked handle in absolutely kills my little finger. Too bad the grip doesn’t have more grip. I have a lot of grip strength so it isn’t me. Have to keep looking.

I had a favorite hammer for years. My son-in-law borrowed it while putting up some drywall. When I went to pick up the hammer, he realized he left it behind the just put up drywall! So, I have been on the lookout for a replacement. It didn’t matter what the price, I wanted something comfortable. I found it. The second I picked it up I knew this was the one to buy. The price was lower than expected. I’ve used it a few times. It was a great choice.
