This durable 15 in. spring steel flat bar is built to last with its forged spring steel frame. 1-side offers an extra wide end which is great for prying while the other offers a beveled shape for penetration during demolition. This tool also includes a versatile nail pulling feature with 3 nail pulling slots.

Powerful prying power without bending the bar! Most bars like these will bend when using a lot of force but this dewalt stands strong! Another great fact on this bar is, has a wide prying head and works great for pulling up deck boards.

This is a great tool that had an extra benefit I didn’t realize until after a week of use. It has a wide prying end for removing trim with less danger of damage and it offers a pointed end that can be used to easily get under embedded nails as well. However I found a hidden benefit when using on a deck job the other day. How many of us have reached for a pry bar while doing an outdoor job then getting the realization that dark colors absorb sunlight the hard way? I inadvertently picked up this bar the other day and realized that it was not red hot despite sitting in the sun. That is an advantage with hand saving benefits. That yellow color keeps the sun absorption down and also makes it easier to find. This is a great addition to my tool collection and should be to yours as well.

I’ve owned many flat bars over the years, but this one is by far the best. It’s 3 inches longer than my old ones, which really makes a difference. A wider curved end has a bigger gripping area when prying things apart. I like the sharped narrow end for digging out nails, I don’t have to use my cats paw as much. The yellow Dewalt color makes it easier to find when I lay it down.

The bar is very comfortable to use. The wide end is very good for prying. The only issue I have is the smaller end needs to be a little thinner to get behind trim so I can take it off without damaging it and reuse the trim. But if you’re only using the bar to pry wood apart it works perfectly.

The slot and hole used for pulling nails come to a sharp point so it will grab even small finish nail heads so the nails can be pulled out. Some features I really like on the Dewalt 15” prybar are:The slot and hole used for pulling nails come to a sharp point so it will grab even small finish nail heads so the nails can be pulled out. Some bars will not pull out a finish nail but this bar will. Also, the edges of the bar are ground to a sharp edge making it easy to drive under trim boards an remove them without damaging them. Very useful.
