I missed the instore sale on the set of 16′ and 25′ dewalt tape measures and came to HD.com and found these beauties! Great price and what you expect from Dewalt. What I like: The lock to keep the tape measure out is very strong. The actual tape is sturdy, wide and easy to read. The end of the tape has a wide piece at the end, whatever that’s called! ha, that grips well but has minimal to no play. This leads to accurate and consistent measurements.

these are ok. they measure and are double sided, and pretty durable. however they have virtually no stand out and the tape is very flexible. it couldnt even stand out 6ft. I tried measuring a 6ft horizontal panel and it kept falling. I would not recommend unless they are dirt cheap as there are better options for same price.

Purchased several of these for $20 about a year ago. Great deal for the price. I usually keep the 16ft on my hip, the 25ft measure in my tool bag. Both tapes are very durable. The 1/8th markings are very useful. The only thing to improve this tape would be a magnetic tip. I’m in HVAC and use these tapes daily.
