Good clamp easy and quick to use. They tend to lose tension after being set in place. Clamp force is closer to 300lbs. The spreader feature is very useful.

Great clamp love the large jaws, they hold the work much better than the small clamp jaws. These are designed like the much more expensive clamps with the large clamp jaws but cost much less and store a lot easier.

This clamps like what you always wanted them to be. I will be buying more of these. The jaws take up more room than smaller clamps of course, but the holding power is great. I was drilling 1/2″ holes in 3/8 thick aluminum C channel, on location and one of these and a smaller clamp held it in place when the drill bit tries to catch when close to breaking through. Before I’d try to catch the channel with my hip, and still keep the drill from spinning out of my hand. Now I can brace for the drill and not have to worry about the C channel.

These Dewalt clamps are awesome. Super power for clamping, Nice large head to not dent the wood. You can also flip the end and use for opening rather than closing. I haven’t tried to use them for opening yet because the heads are really big and I haven’t needed to open anything yet with an opening that this can fit into.

I’ve tried them all and this is the best all-purpose trigger clamp on the market. Irwin sells a very similar model but the clamp faces don’t stay straight unless you’re right at the tip of the clamp. The DeWalt clamps have a fairly deep throat, I think it’s 3-3/4 or 4 inches. And there’s a lot of compression power that’s well modulated. These are my go-to clamps for just about everything. The only drawback is that they’re on the heavy side. I have them in three different sizes, including 50 inches. This recent purchase was to add two more 12 inchers for a total of four. I wish I could find them in 18 inches.
