It makes it easier when you have corners to put together, it’s like having a third hand. And you don’t have to clamp corners you can clamp as a t joint to. You can also screw it fast to your work bench if you want so the clamp doesn’t move around. It’s better than the ones with the plastic components, I had one of those and the components cracked under pressure. This is all metal I have more expectations for it.
