its a good balanced weight, a bit wide at the head which can make it hard to carry. It works a bit better than the cheap ones but the lifetime warranty was what caught my eye. (I break tools because I over use them)

Bought this stapler to insulate my son’s house and it works like a charm. Looks like I’ll be using to insulate my new house in the spring.Easy to load and to use.It holds two rows of staples which is a nice feature too.

I love dewalt tools however this one just doesn’t seem have the same quality as other tools.It worked okay, it did not drive the staples all the way in without a lot of force.Many people complained about the staples falling out at the back, it happened to me once and I figured out it was because I held my hand too close to the end once I adjusted my grip it didn’t happen again.overall it’s an alright stapler but if I had to use it everyday I think I’d buy something else.

After wearing out my old (and cheap) hammer tacker, I decided to get this one. • I was impressed by the weight of it which means it’s very solidly built. I was a little concerned about swinging the weight but it helps to drive the staples better and did not tire out my arm after using it. • The staples are loaded on the bottom which is handy as they are less likely to break or get jammed this way. • There is also an indicator on the bottom to show how many staples are left. • I did manage to jam it a few times but this was mainly due to not swinging it hard enough to eject the staple. The jams were easy to clear. Once I got used to the “feel” of this stapler, the jams went away. • The grip is comfortable and does not slip when wet. • The end which latches to hold the staples in sort of snaps in which makes it easy to tell if it’s completely in place or not. Cons: • It’s a little on the heavy side• It still jams up occasionally.

i purchased this a few months ago and it works very well. i have issues with it when I add staples, I have a hard time closing it. The stapler bar wont stay in. I finally got it to stay put.
