Insulated a 26 X 30 garage, worked good, did not jam 1 time. Only thing is if you bump the end of the handle,it will open up and the staples will fall out.

great tool..very pleased ..only thing that could improve is the button on end of handle where you reload staples..touch it and comes open..i use small piece duct tape over it and had no problems..if could make more flush into handle would make a great improvement ..

THE STRAIGHT HANDLE DESIGN DOES NOT ALLOW FOR A LEVEL BLOW WITH THE STAPLER.THE ANGLE YOU NEED TO HOLD IT AT TO KEEP FROM BEATING UP YOUR FINGERS WHILE HAMMERING RESULTS IN VARIABLE STAPLE DEPLOYMENT.

Product is light weight but heavy duty. Hammer tacker has a solid handle which is comfortable and does not slip. Product has been working well without jamming during a large project of extended use. Meets my expectations for commercial use.

Pro: Does what it’s made for excellent Con: Just like some others , the amount of staples it can hold is a draw back.

I have a lot of Dewalt tools and the quality is very good.. One great feature that the staples loads from the bottom so easier to put the staples in. I used a few times and it work very well. The stapler It drives Stanley HD staples 700 series 5/16 – 1/2 in. and Arrow T50 HD staples 5/16 – 1/2 in. So it .uses most brands of staples. It comes with a Lifetime Warranty.

My classroom has some very high space over the windows which can be used as bulletin boards. Unfortunately, I am short and would feel unsafe using a regular stapler . But this stapler allowed me to safely reach much higher than I could otherwise and I can have the bulletin boards I desire.

Works very well have had it since August of last year and hasnt broken yet you hit the bottom on any thing and it flings open and it’s very heavy but I do roofing for a living it gets used heavily and daily I’ve even pounded a few 16s in with it on Jack jobs and it’s still going

Light weight easy to use. I recently picked up another one.

Have used various staplers, you have to hit a lot harder than other staplers. This leads to torn paper. Also more difficult to hit square than other staplers.

I like the feel of the weight to put a staple into wood. I use it to staple fiberglass insulation in place. I would have liked it better if there were finger ridges on the handle. I think the product is made strong. It also has a life time warranty. That makes me feel better about any product. DeWalt makes good products that I also feel reliable. The hammer type stapler is better then the squeeze stapler.
