I bought this in order to speed up a welding project. This saw is great. I was cutting 2″ x 2″ square steel tube to weld up a couple benches. The square steel tubing had a thickness of 3/16″ and would have been a challenge to cut at 45 degrees. This saw did a great job.

It is a great product, I just wish that it my converter would run it, but the amps are just a bit too high, so you must have electric wherever you are planning on using it, or a generator, not a converter.

I have had a couple of different brands of bandsaws. This is by far the best, as far as having an accurate cut, ease of handling, and the light aimed at just the right area, works well. I chose the 5″ blade depth, for maximum cutting on 4″ pipe. I made a great investment in this piece of equipment.
