This is not the typical round handle design. Its semi rectangular handle with rounded edges spreads out the pressure on your fingers. I can apply a lot of torque to the fastener without feeling the strain I would on a typical round handle ratchet. It has a very smooth swing due to the 72 teeth. Interestingly it’s made in Italy. One thing is for sure it is the most comfortable 3/8 ratchet I’ve ever used.

Tool appears very well made. A bit on the heavy side, but it adds mass to the handle when swinging it back and forth thereby creating more leverage as you quickly spin the nut/bolt. The bigger handle also fits better in large hands. Very nice tool.
