I am two limbs higher than a shade-tree mechanic. A lot of my tools were acquired about 50 years ago when my folks gave me a Craftsman tool box for Christmas after I got my first car. I still have that tool kit although over the years I have acquired new tools and have lost others. I confess my tool kit is a mess and I would have to spent extra time searching for the correct metric socket among the SAE ones. Dewalt doesn’t disappoint. This set has a good variety of tools and they come in a handy case. They don’t fall out when you open it. This is my “go to” tool set. One thing I noticed is that Dewalt bits don’t slip out of of the screw heads making it much easier to remove stubborn screws. Love my new mechanic’s tool set.
