I was looking for a true socket set to replace an old craftsman set that had gotten stolen out of my work van. This set came in the mail in a timely fashion. When I opened the box and first saw the case that it came in I had goose bumps. I opened it up and it was if the sun was shining out of the box. I was grinning so hard my wife made mention that I didn’t look that happy on Christmas day. What I saw was a no nonsense ratchet set that has every combination of 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 inch sockets up to 1″ in sae and 24mm in metric. As a bonus, and an ideal perk, are star bits and Allen wrenches for the sockets. Every drive also has extensions 3, 5 and 10″. So far every component has worked flawlessly. The ratchet swing is really nice with tight tolerances. The thickness of the ratchets fits very nicely in the hand and may be the only issue if in a tight space, which I have not had to do yet. I give this set a 10/10. I can not say how awesome and compact the case is. This set has not one piece of unusable hardware in it and is not bogged down with all the bits and wrenches that you do not need. I show this set off like it is a new car. Oh, as a side note the price was unbelievable.

I am extremely impressed with the quality of this kit. I’ve used it dozens of times already and every time I’m happy to pull it out. You may think this kit is expensive but every piece is usable, you’re not getting 30 driver bits that you’ll never touch. Just sockets, and wrenches. Great mobile kit.

For the price best set i saw on net. Only two issues for me is 1.sockets drop out when you open case. 2. The weight of set having every thing you need comes at a price . Did get me back on push ups. GREAT VALUE!!! Love it at junkyard no back and forth when you find a car you didn’t expect on finding a part.

As the owner of an Aerotech company I was surprised by the sheer size and mass of the these pliers (diagonal cutters & long nose) when they arrived, and I questioned their usefulness for my IT team. Since I started out as an IT Tech and occasionally still “get my hands dirty” for the fun of it, I tried these products out and was VERY impressed! Despite their size, these pliers are very ergonomically designed and well balanced. Hence, I’ve found these pliers to be extremely agile in tight spaces. Additionally DeWalt deserves praise for truth in advertising regarding increased grip force with significantly less hand pressure. When combined with the quality of the steel used, what I didn’t expect is the fact that they somehow managed to avoid sacrificing maneuverability and “since of feel” which is required for delicate procedures.For the price, I would most definitely recommend these pliers for the professional and hobbyist alike.

Very happy with this set. Light-weight, easy to operate, and locks closed. The locks can slip open, if you’re not careful, but they seem to be working better the more I use the pliers. Great workmanship.
