The DWS716 12 in. Double-Bevel Compound Miter Saw is powered by a 15 Amp motor that drives 3,800 RPM to deliver extended power and durability. This saw features a stainless steel miter detent plate with 14 positive stops and cam miter lock system that provides repeatable accuracy and durability with easy adjustments. Tall sliding fences support 6-1/2 in. of base molding vertically and 6-5/8 in. of crown molding vertically nested. High efficiency dust duct is concentrated at the point of cut for maximum collection. Lightweight design and built-in carry handle for portability.

This miter saw stand is very nice. Minimal assembly required and pretty straight forward. Haven’t used it much yet but so far so good. The thing I like most about it is how far the ends extend, almost twice as much as most other models. Just hope it’s durable, which it seems like it will be with not many moving parts to break down. Overall very satisfied!

This stand made it very easy to initially setup and attach the Dewalt miter saw. Once attached, the stand has been very sturdy during usage. It is also easy to attach and remove the miter saw so you can lower the legs and store the stand until it’s needed.

It’s everything you think it is. Haven’t used the bevel cuts yet, but all other cuts were nearly perfect out of the box. Nice trigger start, nice saw all around, not so great blade installed, so get a better blade and you’ll be all set.
