The DEWALT 15 Amp 12 in. Sliding Compound Miter Saw is driven by a powerful motor for advanced cutting power in a compact, lightweight design. With extended bevel and miter capacities, this saw powers through dimensional lumber and molding at angles up to 50ۜ° left and 60° right for versatility. Tall sliding fences support crown molding up to 7-1/2 in. nested, base molding up to 6-1/2 in. vertically against the fence while easily sliding out of the way for bevel cuts.

This is a great miter saw stand for managing long pieces of trim work with a miter saw, and for Hardie plank siding with a shear. It is heavy duty with the extension arms made of steel square tube; I like that they extend and retract with minimal effort and can lock into place. The whole stand sets up a breaks down easily, and is great for mobile work locations. When I first got it, I thought the stand was too long, but have since adapted and have allocated appropriate space when storing and transporting. I recognized the length is necessay to house the extention arms.

Still getting used to it. Overall a very good saw. Haven’t checked the angle settings yet but general use so far was great. Previous saw was a Makita 10″ Double Bevel that I had for 12 years. I hope this lives up to the hype.

Really sturdy and strong. It’s pretty heavy, so if you need to move it around, I wouldn’t recommend it. I might have to exchange for one with wheels, but for what it’s supposed to do, it’s pretty great!

This miter saw stand is very nice. Minimal assembly required and pretty straight forward. Haven’t used it much yet but so far so good. The thing I like most about it is how far the ends extend, almost twice as much as most other models. Just hope it’s durable, which it seems like it will be with not many moving parts to break down. Overall very satisfied!
