The DEWALT Compact Miter Saw Stand has a universal design that works with all brands of miter saws. Made of lightweight aluminum construction, it weighs only 29.8 lbs. for easy transport to and from the job site with folding legs. It’s also extremely durable. The 40-Inch beam extends to support up to 10 feet of material and up to 500 lbs. Work stops and supports can be repositioned quickly anywhere along the rail.

I bought this to creat a saw station when working in the yard. I was resurfacing my deck with Trex and they only had 16’ pieces in stock. This stand although the mini size worked great supporting the long boards. I was thinking of getting the full size stand but it was a bit long to throw in the trunk. No need proved it’s value today in a big way.

Great stand! This is a solidly built saw stand. It doesn’t flex and is the right size to use for small/quick jobs. Compared to my old full size stand and a cheaper compact stand, this stand provides a pro feel and versatility for most projects.

Great solution to mounting your miter saw. Excellent with the DeWalt line and based on the instructions, could be fussy with other manufacture’s saws. The 4 instead of 5 stars is because it’s a bit heavier than I hoped. I have to dismount my DWS716 to move the stand (age 71, so maybe not if I was buffer). That said, the saw is easy to mount/dismount with the enclosed mounting rails.

I could not imagine how my life with this stand would improve 🙂 Really! Simply the best addition to any miter saw. Easy to work with and very flexible, extension beams and the lock are easy to use. I ended up using it as a permenent stand for 10″ DW713 and 7.25″ DCS361, was tricky to align both saws, had to 3D-print shims of a perfect height to get both on the same level, and it works well!
