Gets the job done .. only one small thingI threw away the manual with the box( which is my own fault ) but i could not find anything on the internet or anywhere else without having to pay to ensure i was putting it together correctly..

There is some very easy assemble required out of the box. This vac has a large capacity with good suction power. It can be used with or without bags for dry or wet applications. You can use disposable vacuum bags to pick up dry debris and dispose of it easily. Not only is this a vac for wet and dry, it has a blower port that you can use to blow debris into a pile to vacuum up easier. The vac is very sturdy, well made with nice design option. I like the handle on the top of the unit and the large caster wheels which makes it easy to move it around. It has a storage bag that attaches to the side that holds all the accessories, including the hose. I like the position of the large on/off switch. The cord is 20″ long and the hose 7″ so there is plenty length to work with. The cord wraps and stores around the top of the unit. Comes with 2 extension wands, disposable filter bag, utility nozzle, floor brush, crevice nozzle and a clean connect filter.

I love, love all Dewalt products. They are long lasting, efficient and so easy to use. I have many hand tools, tools for my car and home. The quality is always top notch. I use Milwaukee as well, but I prefer Dewalt. This wet/dry vac has the single stage motor which I really like. It is very powerful for such a small vac.The blower port is a plus. The accessories that come with it are so nice. Thank you.

I have had numerous wet dry vacs over the years and this one is one of the best. What I like about it is, it is tall and easy to move around. The wheels are large and roll very well, the top handle is easy to grasp, there is a strap that holds up the hose and keeps it from dragging behind or getting caught as you move it, there is a great basket for holding all the tools. Unlike many competitors who use slots on the wheels to hold the tools, this one uses a basket. It is so much easier and convenient. It also has a 20-foot hose which is fantastic as it keeps me from having to use an extension cord. The motor is much quieter than the others I currently use. It will definitely become my “go to” shop vac. It comes with a paper filter as well as the normal cartridge filters. I have not used paper filters before and I am becoming a fast fan. They make the clean up so much easier and the cartridge filter will last longer. I have uploaded a short video of it cleaning. My prior vac stopped working halfway through a job and the saw and the ground around it became full of sawdust. This vacuumed it up nicely and I do not know if you can tell on the video, but the motor is very quiet. Nice.

First day I vacuumed for 2 hours straight. Happier than I was when I began dating my first girlfriend. Same excitement as being present for the birth of my first child.

We’ve only used it as a dry vac so far, but wow it has impressive suction. No complaints here.

I opened my DeWalt Shop Vac and noticed that it had been used. There was dirty water stains on the attachment nozzles. I wasn’t pleasant to see, but it worked. I was missing the one screw that it had but I had one on hand. I have another DeWalt Shop Vac at my other home and I knew that it would work because of the service we get with bought DeWalt products.

The assembly was very easy and the only info I needed from the instructions was where to place the accessory bag holder bracket assembly. Other than that, everything was obvious. This model became available in April of this year and comes with a 2-1/2″x7′ hose, two extension wands, cartridge filter, dust bag, floor nozzle, utility nozzle, crevice nozzle and a 20′ power cord. There’s also a deep accessory bag that allows storage of all the different tools you get. One feature that I like is the latch on the end of the air hose that slides into a receiver slot on the vacuum preventing the hose from uncoupling from the vacuum. There’s also a drain port at the bottom of the tank to let you easily empty any liquids you collect. Located above the accessory bag is blowing port that allows the air hose to connect and turns the unit into a power blower. No longer will I have to find a broom to get sawdust from behind objects so I can vacuum it up! When I’m ready to store the unit, there’s even a rubber strap to hold the air hose in place. By the way, there are 4 soft rubber swiveling casters that allow you to roll the unit on any surface without concern about scratching. It has a 3 year limited warranty. My old Craftsman has met it’s match!

This 12-gallon, wet/dry canister vacuum really sucks, literally … great suction!! I’ve trusted the DeWalt name for a wide variety of tools (corded, cordless, hand) over the years and have not been disappointed; this vac lives up to my expectations. Assembly is easy, the 4 casters provide a stable base for rolling (even transition from one surface type to another), there’s an accessory storage bag for the included attachments, and it can be used as a blower. It accepts internal collection bags (one included) which is great for saving filters and operating noise is surprisingly quiet. Finally, it carries a 3-year warranty.I would recommend this product.

This vac is very good quality and does what it says it will do. We have had it for about a month now. We have already used it in wet mode and it performed well. We look forward to using it in our shop area and around the house. DeWalt makes good, reliable products.

Dewalt is synonymous with quality, durability and ease of use and their wet/dry vac is another awesome tool in the arsenal. It’s the little design details that make this a winner. The top is a ergonomic handle and cord wrap that stores it neatly and out of the way when not in use. It comes with a good variety of attachments(9pc) and a long hose (2 1/2”x7’)that can be stored on the unit with a handy rubber strap that is affixed to the top and also comes with an accessory bag on the back to store the pieces. Another good thing is the filter cartridge can be rinsed and reused over and over cutting down on the expense and constant reordering from getting damaged when slightly wet from debris. I use mine at least 4-5 times a week from car cleaning, yard and leaf pickup, emptying of fountains, garage floor cleaning of sawdust and misc debris to spider web and dead bug removal. I like to use the paper bag inserts when I can to keep the chamber clean and for simple disposal of collected dirt etc. Being on wheels is a big help for moving from location to location and the 12 gal size is perfect for most residential uses. It has large simple locks on each side to secure the top and has a drain hole in front bottom and has the blower hole on back for this purpose. The suction is good and comes in at a strong 5.5 hp which is great for most tasks. The hose is attached to the front and is secured with a clip lock for easy removal or attaching. Overall there is really nothing bad I can honestly say about this vacuum except that I should have had this in my garage sooner. Just like their 20volt drill that has been my go to all purpose tool, this vacuum will be another great force in my DIY arsenal.
