Diablos Steel Demon metal cutting saw blades produce fast, accurate cuts in mild steels without bogging down your cordless saws battery. This 20 mm arbor saw blade includes 3 additional bushings that allow your blade to also fit on 1/2 in., 5/8 in. or 10 mm arbor saws. These blades feature Diablo made TiCo Hi-Density Carbide engineered exclusively to deliver up to 40 times longer life when compared to 1 standard bonded abrasive disc in mild steel applications. Designed with a Triple Chip Grind (TCG), the blades carbide teeth produce clean, burr-free finishes, virtually eliminating any type of rework. The thin kerf body minimizes material removal and requires less cutting power, delivering fast, clean cuts.

I have used Diablo saw blades very often in the past and they work flawlessly. Unfortunately this time, I had to return the blade unused because the arbor bushings were missing from the sealed package. I needed the 10mm bushing to fit my Ryobi circular saw and without it, I was unable to use it. I still recommend Diablo blades for nearly all applications. This one has a very thin kerf which makes it a good choice for metal cutting.
