I have been buying this blade from home depot for 5 years for cutting aluminum and some mild steel. I use them daily. Works great and you definitely get your money’s worth. No sparks, the cut end is still nice and cool after the cut. And might I add that its in an older brushed 18v makita lxt saw its been running in. If you have steel to cut, these ferrous metal blades are the cats meow and you wont be dissapointed
