I owned the 12”, 10”, and this time a 7-1/2” PCD blade. These Diablo PCD saw blades do last much longer than other blade. I used it to cut laminate floor. The top coating of these laminate floor wear other blades very quickly. Nowaday, I do not use these PCD blade as much as I used to; these blade does tear the wood fiber more if I have cuts that show! So cut the pieces slow with the top side facing down when cutting.

This blade works great on laminate wood flooring. A different blade didn’t even make it through one room. I’m on my fifth room with this blade with no noticeable degradation in cutting. The cuts are smooth, too. If you’re cutting laminate flooring, go with this blade. It’s well worth it’s cost.

I don’t do a lot of reviews, but this saw blade was awesome. I was installing a laminate flooring called AquaGuard from Floor & Decor and this blade was perfect. I didn’t do anything to challenging, mostly 90′ cross cuts but a few boards had to be ripped and from the first to last there was no chipping and this thing cut through the boards about as fast as you could push them through the saw. I have Delta 10″ table saw that I was using.

Best decision I made to purchase this item. Replaced my chop saw blade with the Diablo blade. It cuts through laminate boards smoothly and without chipping. Replacing all my floors and finished 1/2 of the floor already. Still cuts as well as the first board. Hope it handles all 2080 square feet as well as the rest.

I installed over 300 sq. ft. of flooring and the Diablo 10 in. x 12-Tooth Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) Tipped Ultimate Flooring Blade worked very well through the total project. The final cut was just as smooth as the first cut. I would recommend this blade to anyone installing a laminate floor. The floor I installed was 10mm thick laminate.

I used this blade to install 270 sq ft of Pergo Outlast flooring in my Basement. It made a clean cut, even with the padding on the back of the Pergo. A much better option than a board cutter ( I tried that first). Used it to cut laminate moulding as well.

Used one on my chop saw and another on my table saw to complete installing 1000 sq ft of laminate. This blades works amazingly well on laminate and continued to work well until I was finished. I would buy it again.

If you want a clean cut use the 96 tooth blade way better thats just my opinon,by no means i’m no pro just a diy’er and you can see a difference in the cut

Did a great dob. I also had a table saw with a 10 yr old blade that actually didn’t do a bad job either. This may be better for the long run?still did its job well

I’ve used it to rip and crosscut Pergo Timbercraft for a 12′ x 14′ room. Several more rooms to go. The blade was awesome.

Works great! I’ve done about 2000 sqft of 12mm thick laminate flooring so far and it still cuts smooth. I went through 4 of the 92 tooth ( I might be wrong on the tooth count) Diablo blades on the first 500sqft. This is the one to get.

Best saw blade to use for laminate flooring I’ve done over 2500sqft so far without having it resharpened

The DIABLO 12 in. x 16-Tooth Polycrystalline-Diamond (PCD) is one bad saw blade, regardless of the type of flooring you are putting down, this will cut like a hot knife through butter, I had returned the Diablo 12 in X 96-tooth that was “supposed to be for laminate”, because after putting down only 12 boxes, and cutting some the laminate I pulled up to line my shop, and it got dull fast, and started burning the laminate, so I ordered the DIABLO 12 in. x 16-Tooth Polycrystalline-Diamond (PCD), and it is a killer blade. I have cut over 300 pieces of some extremely hard laminate, that has some metal in it, and have also cut some pine 2X4’s like it was butter. Worth every penny I paid for it.
