Diablo’s premium Steel Demon 7 in. x 38 Tooth 20 mm Arbor Carbide Ferrous Metal Saw Blade has teeth made of Ti-Co high density carbide with titanium for a design that withstands impact, reduces wear, and lasts longer that standard carbide in metal cutting applications. Tri-metal shock resistant brazing allows metal cutting carbide tips to withstand extreme impact for maximum durability. Non-stick Perma-Shield coating protects the blade from heat and corrosion, reduces friction and pitch buildup. Laser-cut stabilizer vents absorb noise and reduce vibration for a cleaner cut and longer life.

Best metal cutting blades by far!

This metal cutting blade worked great, cutting through barn siding with ease. The blade has some mass to it so when cutting it smoothly slices through the steel. Very happy.

Two easy 4 foot rips of 4×8 steel plate1/4 so far mounted on old circular saw rated at 4900 rpm

I bought this almost a year ago and finally installed it on a worm-drive circular saw and it is amazing! Cuts 3/8 like wood. It’s cool to the touch after cutting! Nice smooth cut. And barely any burr on the cut. Would not hesitate to buy again!

I bought this to cut a bunch of surplus 3′ x 8′ enameled sheet steel channel siding for use in making raised planting beds. First tried using a cheapo non-carbide metal cutting blade in my worm drive saw, but it was a disaster: wouldn’t cut straight, left huge burrs that required much filing. The Steel Demon cost a lot more but was worth every penny: cut the stuff like butter and left only the tiniest of burrs. Wow!
