The advanced laser-cut slim kerf on the Diablo 7-1/4 in. x 40-Tooth Finishing Saw Blade creates a thin swath for less material removal and fast, effortless operation. Constructed with TiCo Hi-Density special-blend carbide, this durable circular saw blade is outfitted with 40 teeth to make smooth, finely finished cuts in wood and plywood. The Perma-SHIELD nonstick coating reduces drag while stabilizer vents absorb noise and vibration to keep the blade straight.

I’m so sorry I let HD pick out this item for me for store pickup. Some of the teeth are small and don’t extend to the same outer circumference as the other teeth. Poor QC. If you get this for store pickup you won’t be able to examine it for issues without removing the packaging. Just go in and pick one for yourself. It cuts fine, although it isn’t really especially sharp; It basically just chips the wood out of the way, at least when crosscutting.
