Specially designed for cutting composite material, the 7-1/4 in. x 44-Tooth Diablo TrexBlade features Modified Triple Chip Grind tooth geometry for exceptional durability in cutting highly abrasive materials. Constructed with TiCo Hi-Density special-blend carbide, this durable blade is outfitted with 44 teeth to make smooth, finely finished cuts in deck boards, giving outdoor retreats a polished look. The Perma-SHIELD nonstick coating reduces drag while stabilizer vents absorb noise and vibration to keep the blade straight. An ultra-slim kerf produces a thin cut for less material removal and fast, effortless operation.

It works perfectly in my circular saw for smooth end cuts on my Trex deck boards. I also have a 10″ blade for my miter saw, which also delivers great, smooth end cuts.

The project is still in-progress, but so far it has handle the cuts beautifully! Using with Trex Enhanced. Hopefully it will last long enough for the upcoming long cuts I have to install parting boards. Don’t know how other circular saw blades do with composites, but this cuts them like a champ.
