This blade makes precise cuts in composite decking, lexan, aluminum, and copper. The cuts are super clean and the durability of this blade is superior to any other blade I have used for plastic and metal materials in the past. I would recommend this blade.

I purchased this blade to cut aluminum soffit and the Diablo blade did an excellent job, with no tearing or bending. I had no trouble with the performance of this blade. Stayed sharp and cut clean through a long project. I would highly recommend it.

I recently replaced the thin plastic on the side light windows on my front door with 1/8 clear acrylic. The cuts were smooth and easy, making this job so quick and satisfying .

Works well for cutting tin. I’ve used it only for a few cuts though. So I don’t know the longevity, but works extremely well at first.

Right blade for the right material. Couldn’t be happier

I bought this saw blade to cut a ten foot conference room table that has a laminate top and bottom and is 1+1/4″ of epoxy and compressed sawdust in the center. A very difficult material to cut. The Diablo blade went through it with no problem at all. I stopped every two feet to check the temperature of the blade and it was just slightly warm. The final cut left both laminates clean and neat. The Diablo exceeded my expectations (and that doesn’t happen very often).

Used it for FRP. Worked great. Did seem to want to slip left or right but it is FRP…It definitely made the job easier having to cut every sheet. Did 30 sheets still cutting well.

I had a series of cold frames to build and I use Lexan instead of tempered glass in the frames. This blade did a great job of cutting the sheets without chipping or burning the sides. I used a circular saw with a guide track and can’t be more happy about how well it cut.

I purchased several different grinding type blades, but after reading the reviews a decided safety and better quality would pay off in the long run. I finished my aluminum project and now believe that I have a quality blade that I can rely on in my inventory. If only I had a better circular saw–time to upgrade that too.

I’ve had this blade for almost six months now. I wanted to put it through its paces before I rated it. I’ve used it to cut composite decking material and the cuts were nice and clean, without the ragged ends you often get. I moved on and cut a lighter wood lattice work to frame out the underside of my deck. My previous lattice had been cut with a wood blade, and this one put it to shame. The cuts were clean, consistent and straight. I cut some pvc pipe and some heavy aluminum pipe to route my outdoor spigot under the deck, and again this blade cut right through the materials without bucking or bending, and the cuts were extremely clean and even. I later cut up an old 2×4 to make some small blocks for a trailer and for my motorcycle in the trailer. The blade didn’t even break a sweat. This blade is truly a multipurpose blade. It handles a variety of materials with equal aplomb. It is sharp, buts evenly and true, and with its lifetime guarantee, simply can’t be beat by any other blade I’ve ever used or seen.
